maybe it's your dealer and not the truck. Some dealers scare me to death on diesel, but my dealer is geared to diesel service. I have a new 6.4 Powerstroke and absolutely love it. I'm over 5k miles now and zero trouble. I'm betting it'll go along ways without any trouble too.
