Shelby, MT | hey now..take the claws out of my back please....I too thought he was talking about the 7.3, I could have said "all" instead of "them"....and am I blind? not to my knowledge...last I knew I was 20/15....I own a 93 & 01 7.3, love em,but really don't put the 01 to use...would I own a 6.0....I can't say never but would like to believe it, I have heard and seen the problems with the 6.0 but I have also been surprised and the amount of good ones out there, of course they are all later than 04.....Is the 6.4 going to work...I don't know......I hope so, it looks grim for all 3 with the increasing epa standards....but maybe with the struggle now we will come out of it better than ever, who knows... What would I do now if I had to buy new a new diesel? I ask that to myself alot...and switch everyday....I am ford of course but and nervous about the new diesel....I keep thinking the Dodge would be best of all, with looks and engine..but then like you said, the little thinks with the dodge ie electric, front end and the long history of transmission, manual and auto....of course chevy is out I'm a ford guy, and that new styling is going to haunt them to death....oh well good luck...we all need it... | |
