we have a 99 7.3 F-450 at work that gets used and abused that is nearly to the 350k mark. Not many problems with it so far. The turbo went out a couple of years ago but that's the only major problem in 8 years. It hauls 1-4 tons daily and gets driven on average 300 miles a day. It has a 12' box on it so even empty it's dragging a sail. At home I have an 03 6.0 that I love. No problems so far at 90k. I have heard of many more d-max and allison issues in this area in the last 2 months than anything.
