The 4900s seem to be listed in any weight range you want, from a light single axle automatic van truck to a heavy tandem that is hauling a big garbage packer around all day. One thing I found out is that the engine electronics in 95-97 years are different from the newer ones. I've been looking for a cab for a 96 w/air brakes and they're hard to find.
