I had to laugh at your post about horse hay customers.  Fits my experiences to a T.  I firmly believe that I could take ten horse people and ten bales of hay and put them in a room, and everyone of them would pick a different bale and swear that it was the best one!  Then after telling you how good it was and why it was the best, they'd try and get you to sell it for $1 less/bale than your asking, then want it delivered and unloaded for free.
