My neighbors are doing exactly what you asking about ((nh3) with the same drill set up you have and it looks aboslutly great and saved them a ton of money on the cost of nitrogen.!
Fear not! Your crops will be great too.
You just need to have some help to hook and unhook tanks and haul stuff to the plant to get filled.
It is really not that much different .You can hook the tanks up yourself if you have a winch, but even that must get old fast doing it alone.I dont have a winch on my old rig, but my helper just puts a chain on the hitch (cart and tank)and I pull everything ahead till it straghtens out and back straight up and hook up the hitch/tank/ cart!
