South-Western Ohio

Glad to help Brian,i check out the MSPA  website out fairly othen, one of the best pulling websites going.

Ed,I kind of remember seeing them down in Kentucky pulling almost 30 years ago.I was down in the western KY area with my neighbor and we was getting some KY points etc to try to get into the Louisville pull,it worked and we got in 2 years. I was and still am a modified fan,but back then down in KY there was 2 tractors that really stuck in my mind.

1st was the "Kentucky Thunder" mod of Keith Milikan,2 blown 573 ci Arias engines, damm those were the best engines i had heard run and talk about power. He added a 3rd engine a year or  2 later.

2nd tractor was the "Cats Meow" of Gene Donaldson, that old Oliver and Cat V-8 was a very different setup back then, plus being a V-8 made it even more different in the Super Stock class.
