IL | I am looking for a CIH 1083 cornhead to rent this fall. I normally plant 12 rows, but went with 8 this yr to follow the 8 row strip bar. I am going back to 12 rows next yr, so my 1063 will go back into use. Just need to find a 8 row to get thru this fall.. No, the rows are not straight enough to harvest 6 on 8. I checked with 2 local dealers, they won't give me a definate yes. Any ideas to aid in my search? | |
