Subject: Cut your cranking time in half.

Add about a quart of salt to a gallon of water and let it set overnight.

Then start the ice cream freezer with your salt brine mixture. It will cut your freezing time in half or less compared to just putting the salt in the water when you start.

Give it a try.

If you use a freezer with a plastic bucket sitting on a concrete floor. you will freeze alot faster if you put a piece of wood between the bucket and floor or put the freezer inside a five gallon bucket. Some fit in a bucket and some won't.

If you use a freezer with a wood bucket. Make sure you soak your freezer bucket before you start. It works alot better if the freezer bucket will hold the water you are putting in it.

Enjoy
