Depending on how heavily you are going to use the baler, if this baler isn't going to be putting up many thousands of bales a year, then maybe you could weld a heavy washer next to the worn holes to help better align the "hinge" point of the compressor. Just make sure you get the washers in place "squarely" before welding or you'll end up right back where you started.
