Brinkley, Arkansas | Just thought I'd share what we've been up to all week. The first few pics are us laying out polypipe for furrow irrigation. The rolls are 1/4 mile each, 15" diameter X 10 mil thickness. We lay it out and use speacial hole punches to make the outlets. The punches have interchangable ends of different sizes so we can vary the flow for different length rows on the same line. In my system I make a furrow between every other row but others prefer to have one between every row.
The last pics are of my pilot spraying a flooded rice field with a grass herbicide. He's putting out a puff of smoke in the closeup so he can see where the drift is going when he turns. I also took a few short vids of him flying. Notice in the first one the bird and powerlines near the end.
