South-central Nebraska | Its been discussed many times before but I've spent some time looking for a semi tractor recently. I've always been biased towards Kenworth for no reason but have looked at Freightliners and Internationals as well. Seems like there is a pretty good price gap between the Kenworth/Peterbilt and Freightliner or IH. Are you getting a more sound and solid cab, controls, interior and suspension with the KW and Pete? Anything wrong with the FL or IH? Does status go a long ways with a lot of truck owners? I am unexperienced in this department other than what I hear.
I had a 95 KW T600 in my sights but felt the owner was way too high for the age and miles of the truck. Guess not, he sold it for his asking price sight unseen. | |
