Meeteetse, Wyoming | The rake is a new holland 254 on a refurbished 4020 wintertime project. The swather is a 2550 New Holland with a 16 header. The hay is waist high and the pictures do not really do it justice. We are putting the hay in about a 7 foot swath and let it lay a day or two then come in and rake it into a useable windrow. The balers are 14X18X40, we put extensions on the bale chamber to get the bale weight up to 70-75 lbs for shipping. The roller is how we corrugate our hay. We fill it with water and then roll the fields, sometimes we half fill it and run diamond points up front.
