I know that 133 and 138 are in position over the equator and can beam down to people in South America, but there are no correction bases in South America, only in North America, so the correction signal you get from them doesn't share any of the satelites that are in view and doesn't do any good. I think OmniStar, RTK, or a system using GL1DE or e-dif are required there.
