Subject: Baling Cornstalk Question??

Dallas Center IA 515-720-2463
Several years ago I sold some cornstalks. The fellow needed some and I had stalks that had not been rained on.
Plus he liked mine since I do not use the straw chopper in corn or a spreader. Six rows of cob and husk in the middle of each pass.

Deere baler with the built in corn stalk picker upper.

Could you run center two rows of the cornhead with the Calmer BT Crusher, and the outer rows equiped with the Calmer Chopper.
And on stalks you want to bale, not use the straw chopper?

Then just bale the Crusher rolls.

From what I have seen the Chopper does to cornstalks, I am wondering if one should run a mix of Choppers and BT Crushers. Every other row.
