Texas/New Mexico Stateline
On the bottom of a contract I have:

"If this contract is not in accordance with your understanding, you must notify buyer immediately. >>>Failure to do so constitutes acceptance."<<< (my emphasis added)

They never have been very picky about signatures. I take that clause to mean once they send it to me it is a valid contract and I am still liable to fill it, signature or no signature.
