I bought a truck with one June/'10. So far I'm pretty happy with it. Set at 525hp, runs strong, good mileage and doesn't use any oil. All I've been told about them is to keep up on the overhead adjustment (goes without saying I guess) and to roll in bearings every 500,000 miles...otherwise it's about the simplest power out there.
N 14 cummins?
