cummins power told me a 370-430 means it has 370 all the time and when you;re out on the road in high gear and have pedal on the floor for certain amount of time the computer will turn it up to 430, BSF is right on the front end of these engines, some of that problem is caused by over tight fan belts, good luck, steve
