Sadly, I don't see how your post adds any info that will help his decision making.

The numbers for list price and what I paid for my MT are hardly a secret as they've been posted here previously. If you would take the effort to dig them up, you could then compare and see that list price and price paid in "my world" can be different by a fair bit.
