This ground would probably sell for somewhere in the 3,000 to 4,500 range depending on which piece. Think about the rent though. I don't know who got it but it's a one year deal. They would be stupid to put anything into the ground so no fertlizer, plant all beans and a couple passes of Roundup means total expense are what, $80 and acre for seed and chemicals? Add that to the $375 rent and total costs are $455/ac. Say you can average 45 bu. beans and sell them for $13 you gross $585. Minus $455 in expense leaves you with $130 per acre gross profit. Not that bad of a deal if you have the equipment to get it done.
