That Sunflower machine is designed to be pulled at 5.5-6.5mph. You can go over 7mph but it will start to leave ridges on the outside because the outside shovel will throw dirt that the harrow can't level out. It will take 200-230 PTO hp to pull a 25' model. For the 27/28' model (don't remember the exact size) 250 hp should be enough. It all depends on the soil type though. In lighter soils a 230 hp may pull a 28'. The experience I have with them is in heavier soils. You will notice it behind you. It's amazing how level those rolling baskets behind the disc gang will get a field.
