Most every big buyer has a statement about recording in their contract. I have had an occasion where I hoped it was recorded but learned that it wasn't. The reason had no effect on the sale of the grain, I was just hoping to have proof of the terms availible to satisfy the government.
Has anyone backed out on a grain contract??
