I agree, at some point its hard to say where this all leads. The problem is that farming goes in cycles and you need to make some good money on the up swing so there is cushion and less debt when the cycle goes back down. I'm not aware of a major downturn in rent numbers but I guess they have never increased in such a manner before either.
