I'm not sure how you can claim the OSU study was unbiased. SAE found so many errors in the methods of data analysis that they were forced to withdraw the paper. Upon investigation of the data, it was determined that they used only a fraction of the data to make their case for tires. If this isn't biased, then I'm not sure what is.
