I had a verbal contract with a local elevator last fall for 2.28 corn and I had to deliver it don't think he will get by not delivering it one thing for sure if the tables were turned and his price was 60 cents higher that current price and he had not actually signed a contract you can bet he would want to deliver those bushels and not just forget about it.
