Those pictures don't prove an Impeller works, just that you can run it without stripping the leaves in mixed hay. The true test to see how they work is to run side-by-side with another machine with properly adjusted rolls and see the difference in drydown and final nutritional analysis. I've run many trials like this and the rolls always win in pure alfalfa in my situation. In mixed hay it can be a toss-up. In grass hay the impeller will win many times.
