Oakes, ND | Hi Marc,
The injectors are made by Sioux Automation Center in Sioux Center, Iowa using Balzer Magnum plow shanks and 12 inch sweeps. It is a 7 shank folding toolbar with 2 rows of shanks. The shanks are on 60 inch centers on each row, for an effective spacing of 30 inches. Trash clearance seems to be good, but I have not injected too much in heavy corn stalks. Most use has come on silage ground or soybeans.
You will see in a couple of the pictures where I added the guage wheels to the middle of the unit. I was having depth control problems with the factory design. You are supposed to be able to control depth with the lift wheels on the rear of the unit, but because of the distance between the hitch, shanks, and lift wheels the depth could change drastically through any little bumps. By adding the guage wheels in the middle of the unit depth control is much more even and easier to adjust.
I am not sure what other information you are looking for, so if I didn't answer it here, please feel free to ask.
