There are a couple of retired guys around here that sharped bits for something to do and a little extra money. For bigger bits they seem to get at least $2 to $3. A have a friend of mine who's father sharpens bits. The last ones he did cost me over $70.00 for a handfull of bits. I now have a Drill Doctor.
