The front hubs on walkers were trash, don't even think of buying one with little hubs on the front and be weary of the ones that have had them added. The new style hubs will have fewer larger bolts that are more spread out around the wheel compared to the older ones. A lot of times when one wheel went out it sent metal filings through the other one and took it out within days sometimes.
