Reason #2 why not to own a gas burner, the exhaust is so hot around the cat that is was sure to happen.
sorry for his loss, and I hope the insurance co, will help him out on the tools that was lost. We had a 460 Ford that had the notorious fuel line rupture plus hot manifold problem, it looked just about the same after the smoke cleared. Jon
