FRIENDLINESS! If the parts guy kinda rolls his eyes when I tell him about the widget I need for my 30 year old tractor.....that burns me up. Like you said if they are nice and try hard to find you a part quick and ask about my granddad I can overlook having to order or high prices.
What do you look for in a dealer?
