NW Iowa | I'm not looking to get anyone kicked off or fired from the department. It is just a small (12-15) vol. department, I would say the average age of the department is 45 and have a hard enough time getting new people to join. Like I said just some pictures from some people that have had this happen to them in there machine shed, shop, etc.. is all that I am looking for. Just need something to back me up before I go in there and start talking about it. | |
