i would go for the 378 0r the 379 short hood....378 would be prefered as they do sit alot higher for field use. .....i have a 375 that sat pretty low so i added another leaf on the front, besides raising the front 4" it made the truck much more stable when driving loaded. the m11 is a pretty bullet proof engine but i would stay away from the 10 speed...13 or 18 spd would be much better
