Subject: RE: Parker grain carts

I got a new 739 last year. Well built unit. Similar to a brent, only major difference is brent has the sissors fold for auger and parker has 1 large cylinder, and brent has a location for a pad to frame weigh scale pad, parker uses the load cell axle (scale packages cost about the same).
The Parker seems to be about $2,000 cheaper and a much better value when you look at how similar the two lines are. They come off the same assembly line. Be sure to get a tarp on it. It will add to the resale and life of the cart way more than the $1500 it costs.
THe Brents seem to be sold my main line dealers and parkers are sold by short lines. Maybe this has more to do with the cost difference than the invoice price.
