Subject: Re: saddle tanks and using them for spraying

United States
I've been spraying this way for years with no problems. I use a front fill which fills both tanks at the same time from the water tank and the inductor. Both tanks have agitation and the pump is pulling from both tanks at the same time. It is important that you keep your sprayer level when filling. When the tanks are running low and you want to empty them completely, it will help if you turn off your agitation. The chemicals will mix and draw equally from both tanks. I have had to add a few gallons to one tank or the other depending on where and the way the tractor is setting when I am filling. Keeping all your agitation lines and supply lines equal lengths will help. Hope this helps ! !
