We have to carry the insurance from the day they start building the foundation until the day everything is removed from site.  We signed a 20 years contract.  If they don't renew it, they have 2 years to put the site back to original conditions (and they keep paying us during that time).  The insurance thing was a bit unexpected, but it makes sense in a way.  We already have $2 million liability insurance, but they won't cover the cost of one of these turbines if someone drives into it.
