West Kentucky
We normally apply between 85-110 units in the spring depending on conditions at the time. Yields have ranged between 70 and 97 in the last 5 years. Here, if it is a good wheat year, 80 units of N will still make good wheat but will be off of the higher rates. If it is a poor wheat year, then it really doesn't matter.
