SE Nebraska, Near Misery and Cans Ass!
I can name quit a bit sold to avoid bankrupcy or because of bankrupcy since 85. I also can remember the 80's and 18% interest and land bought for 50 cents on the dollar. Unfortunately I was a seller. That's kept me from being willing to take enough risk ever since.
