Its been a dry winter, and I had 100# of 18 46 0 and 100# of 0 0 60 spread on alfalfa in anticipation of rain. No precip until this 8" of snow. With the frozen ground from the extreme cold, when the snow starts melting, is it going to carry much of the fertilizer off?
