I used an 06 ISX last year, hauling heavy up to 130,000. This one possibly didn't have the overhead set right, but low end power was good. Anthing after 1500 rpm's and it didn't do much. Jake brake seemed useless. Local farmer has a 2002 ISX put over 25,000 into it and it still doesn't run right, let a bad injector go to long.
