Thats not correct McCartman.
Dropbox files are stored locally, AND in the cloud. When changes are made those changes are identified and automatically changed.
This means that you can use dropbox (if you choose) on a laptop that is NOT connected to the internet all the time. When you plug back to the internet dropbox recognizes any changes and syncs them to the cloud and to the other PC's on your dropbox account.
Anyone use a service like gotomypc.com?
