Sunnyvale, CA | Make sure you have the version 1.01 firmware because the EZ-Steer fault you described is not likely to occur with the 1.01 firmware update.
To get the 1.01 firmware update, go to www.ez-guide.com and click on the 1.01 firmware update on the right hand side of the screen. Choose save and then after you have the file on your computer, write it to a USB jump drive. Plug the USB drive into the EZ-Guide 500 and wait for the USB to be recognized (approximately 30 seconds) and then install the new 1.01 version. | |
