East Central Indiana
I have a contract with them for some Feb. corn and the ethanol plant says they will just take the $ from that contract when I deliver that corn.
I am not intentionally trying to be a pain in anyones backside, I just feel I've been wronged.
Yes there are other places I can take my corn and most likely will from now on. It's just too bad that this ethanol plant is less then 4 miles from my grain setup.

Maybe I just needed some venting.
There is a good chance it wouldn't be worth the lawyer and court cost!
But put yourself in my shoes.
I am just looking for some opinions.
