Where Lewis and Clark finished the rum | that would be 2 - 2and half feet for us metric challenged folks :o)) What kind of windrower? I could see problems with a hydra swing or swing tongue unit, but not something like a swather footprinted unit. Although if you mount the GPS over or behind the drive wheels (as opposed to in front of them), you might have to try calling the unit a "combine" in EZ Steer, vs a truck or whatever - my EZ Steer doesn't have option for swather - that I've noticed.
We are going to try EZ Steers on JD9600 combines this fall - think it will work fine, but we'll see. Issue could be running two units in same field. |
