The concrete plant in Audubon, Iowa has it. Dad just bought some two years ago there. It is true fenceline cable, with the big fat wires. Can't remember if 7 or 9 total strands. They also pour concrete fence bunks, too. I can't remember the exact name, or if it's name is Readi-Mix.
