Ashburn, GA, (very close to Heaven!)
We are their dealers for their Variable Rate Irrigation system components, http://www.betterpivots.com/, but that's all. They have some first class designs in their hardware. I know less about their other Precision Ag products, but think they the market leader in Australia, and I think they are beginning to take hold pretty firmly in Brazil and Europe.

The most frustrating part to me is the time lag with support issues working with people in a time zone eleven hours ahead of me. I can sometimes email in the evenings and have an answer when I get up the next morning, but when I don't, another day passes without resolution. As hard as I work during my waking hours, I like to sleep from 10 p.m until 4:30 a.m. However, with some of their North American dealer support network this may be less of an issue.
