I did buy a Wil-Rich scratcher do-all from LA a few years ago. When it got here it didn't have any gauge wheels on front of the wings, but unlike your situation, that was my own fault. They weren't in any of the pics, I just failed to notice. Other than that, it was in excellent shape. All sales may be final, but looks like mis-representing the machine would make that null and void. Plus, as others have said, the seller and auction company are getting plenty of publicity. Whether they step up and make it good or do nothing and reap the bad publicity is their decision. Hope you can get it straightened out like you want. |
