Subject: RE: John Deere 5325

Sunnyside, WA
We have a 5225, bought it new in April 2005. 2wd, 12 speed power reverser, not much else fancy about it. Has almost 2000 hours on it now, and this tractor pretty much gets abused. Biggest complaint is the wiring system on the tractor, but that has more to due with manure and getting washed everyday. Cracked a rear rim from poor welding a couple months ago, but that was replaced under warranty. Broke both lower 3pt hitch arms, but it is used for 3pt work 99% of the time. I actually thought 2000 hours was decent for them.

I really like the wet clutch and that was the main selling point on the tractor. Has plenty of power for what we do with it and I would buy another to replace this one someday, but I hope that's a long way off.
