The trouble is nearly all the common wheel bearing outer races are metric and that dust cap has to be the same size as the outer race (or larger). 2.125" isn't metric, though 2.126 is really close to 54mm, but I've seen no dust caps that size the places I've looked today. Including Redneck and NAPA.
