9500s in CIL do pretty well. Early model with 2 position throttle hurts a bit. I saw one about that age set up like yours in good condition sell for about $37k in Blue Mound at local Central, IL auction last year. 10 series would help, it also didn't have chaff spreader.
If that were mine I would ask about 46 and take 42.
